SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our online store is operating as normal and we will continue to dispatch within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Worldwide SHIPPING is free of charge. Please allow 3-5 working days for packing.
That does not cover physical paintings which might take up to 3 weeks due to artisan physical work and requirement of art supplies.
We now offer free International shipping to all countries.
Expedited international delivery is available at an additional cost - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this option.
International orders will be shipped via Standard International Post or Fedex for Express delivery. A tracking number might be provided following dispatch depending on the chosen courier. Items usually arrive within 14 working days however please note that international shipments can take up to 4 weeks.
You are always entitled to a refund within 72 hours after that you have received your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at email@example.com and we will provide a return address.
Returned items must be in the original condition they arrived in with any boxes or labels still intact. Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive your item if you wish to return your item. Goods must arrive within the 14 day refund period to be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your money to show up in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Art objects are illegible for an exchange or a refund.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
